O-band机架式SOA半导体光放大器系列,可以应用对1270~1330nm光波范围内的光信号进行放大。该产品工作方式有电流控制和功率控制两种方式。
我公司生产的半导体光放大器,具有输出功率稳定,输出噪声小,偏振相关增益低等特点。该系列半导体光放大器可支持160Gb/s以下速率的光信号放大。
特征：
● 支持 O-波段, 1260~1340nm 或者 1480~1510nm
● 输出功率达到13dBm
● 支持电流控制和功率控制两种方式(ACC, AGC)
● 通过 RS232 或者 SNMP 进行状态监控或者控制
● 吋 1U机架
● 220VAC or -49VDC 电源
● 符合RoHS标准
