OLP板卡是光线路保护板卡，它主要的功能是实时监测主备用线路的光信号状态，当发生线路故障或线路劣化，可自动在主备用线路之间倒换，保证系统业务能够在50ms以内恢复，从而保证了业务的正常工作。
